Each year the Delaware Art Education Association (DAEA), an affiliate of the National Art Education Association, presents awards that recognize on Gold Key recipient from both Group One and Group Two. They also present a Gold Key Portfolio recipient with a scholarship. The student’s teacher must be a DAEA member to be eligible for these awards.
This year all three award winners are Cab Calloway Visual Arts majors:

Group Two winner: Elise G. grade 12 “Pieces of Me”
Gold Key Portfolio Scholarship winner: Stephanie Richardson grade 12 “The True Gods of Egypt”
American Visions Award
Each Scholastic Art Award region elects five American Vision nominees. The nominees are selected from all Gold Key Award winners, and are considered to the best in show. The National Scholastic Art Awards will select one from the Delaware American Vision nominees to represent the Delaware Region at the National Exhibition and Awards Ceremony.
